Our Story
Zwab Charity Organization was founded in Uganda in 2020, amidst the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. The founders, a group of local community leaders, saw firsthand the severe impact of the pandemic on the most vulnerable communities, with job losses, food insecurity, and lack of access to healthcare becoming major concerns.
Determined to make a difference, they set out to create a sustainable development program that would empower communities and improve lives. They started by organizing medical camps in remote areas, providing essential healthcare services to families who would otherwise have no access to medical care.
